Photography Suite — Starting at $2,500
A four-hour on-location shoot capturing the look and feel of your practice — the space, the details, and you in it — so your site feels like the real place, not a stock photo of one. (Southern California clients)
INCLUDES
30 fully edited, high-resolution images: headshots, space, and in-practice candids
Short-form video b-roll for website backgrounds or social content
Full usage rights, no additional licensing needed
Need more? A second location, additional practitioners, or a longer shoot day. This scales with your practice. We'll scope it together.
Worth knowing — This suite is built for image-led content, not produced video. If you're picturing yourself speaking directly to camera, introducing your practice or explaining your approach, that's a different kind of shoot (scripting, sound, multiple takes) and can be scoped separately. Let's talk about what you have in mind.
Clear terms are part of how we protect the work — and the partnership.
Securing Your Place A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit secure your spot on our production calendar. The remaining balance is due at final milestone sign-off, before your site goes live. We take about one client a month, so we recommend to book a month prior or inquire early to plan your spot.
On Timelines Our tiers run on fixed, focused windows, that's what makes the depth of work possible in the time we give it. If your materials aren't ready by your start date, your project moves to our next open slot, subject to a re-booking fee. We hold this boundary so every client gets our full attention, undiluted, for the time we've set aside for them.
FAQ's
Which tier is best for me?
If you can describe your business in one clear page, you're Website in a Week. If your business has more than one 'front door' — several offerings or several practitioners — you're Bespoke. If you're starting from complete scratch with no assets, let's chat a bit more to scope your needs.
Does a 1-week timeline mean the work is rushed?
Not at all. Once your prep work — materials, copy, and media — is approved, we move into a structured, day-by-day process for sprint week. (And if copy isn't quite ready, we help you get there beforehand — that's part of the process too.) Requiring that prep upfront protects our calendar from delays, so we can build with deep, uninterrupted focus. That's what makes the finish feel elite, not rushed.
What will I need before beginning?
This depends on your project, but we'll guide you through it during onboarding. Generally, it looks like: * Branding — A completed Brand Questionnaire and vision board, which we'll help you put together before we start. * Web Design — Your current brand guidelines and assets, plus access to your website platform and domain. * Copy — Final website copy, ready to go. If it's not quite there yet, we'll help you get it there. * Images — Any photos or graphics you'd like featured.
What platform will you use to build my site?
We work with Wordpress, Squarespace, and Framer. Once we go over our Discovery Call, we will asses which platform aligns with your needs and provide a recommendation. Not sure which platform is best for you? Fill out our contact form and let us guide you!
Do you offer rush services, and are these any associated fees?
Yes, I offer rush services for clients needing expedited timelines. This prioritizes your project over others in my pipeline and includes a 20% fee on the tasks being rushed. We also work on a first come, first serve basis, so we recommend getting in touch if you're interested.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
We work closely with you during Phase 1 to audit your sitemap. Often, a compact website is a major competitive advantage because modern clients do not want to click around a massive maze. If extra pages are required to tell your story but doesn't require a deeper bespoke service, we accommodate them easily at our flat add-on rate. If you have multiple practitioners, need individual service pages, a dedicated press page, etc. that will require a full bespoke service. Additional pages beyond the core five are scoped and added at a flat rate per page (see Additional Pages, above), so your site can grow to match your business without changing tiers.
Will I be able to maintain my website after your work is done?
Absolutely. My main goal for my clients is to build sites that are easy to maintain with little to no-code websites so it can be sustainable for your business. At the end of the project, I’ll walk you through your site’s most common actions.
What's the investment?
Website in a Week is $6,500. Bespoke Websites range from $8,000–$20,000, depending on scope — reach out and we'll walk through your project to give you an exact quote. Working with a tighter budget? Ask us about one-page site rates. Every project includes * Research and strategy behind every design decision * Brand consistency woven through, not bolted on * Optimization for search, accessibility, and how people actually convert * Mobile-friendly by default * A designer who's genuinely invested in what you're building
