Does a 1-week timeline mean the work is rushed?
Not at all. Because we require all text and media to be completed before your sprint week begins, we protect our calendar from administrative delays. This allows us to code and design with deep, uninterrupted artistic focus, resulting in an elite finish.
How do we handle changes and refinement during our week together?
We walk through your design with empathy and clarity. We include exactly two comprehensive rounds of modifications during your live sprint review. Because our design decisions are carefully mapped to your pre-existing brand assets and patient demographics, refinements are smooth, natural, and highly collaborative.
What if my current photos don't feel entirely aligned with this premium look?
We look out for your brand's highest visual potential. If your existing imagery feels dry or clinical, we can step in to support you. We offer an Editorial Stock Curation Add-on for $1,200, where we hand-source soulful, deeply intentional, licensed media. For a complete ground-up image transformation, we invite you to look at our Tier 2 or Tier 3 packages.
How are payments structured to secure a slot?
We stand by mutual investment. A non-refundable 50% deposit and a digitally signed agreement are required upfront to claim your intensive week on our studio calendar. The remaining 50% balance clears beautifully at the end of our sprint, right before we seamlessly transfer final account ownership over to you.
What if I truly need more than 5 pages?
We work closely with you during Phase 1 to audit your sitemap. Often, a compact website is a major competitive advantage because modern clients do not want to click around a massive maze. If extra pages are required to tell your story, we accommodate them easily at our flat add-on rate.

Do I need all my content ready?
You’ll get the best result with copy and assets prepared, but we make the page plan early so the final asks stay clear and manageable.
